Hanyang Valve Ind., Co. manufactures a comprehensive range of valves, including
butterfly valves, gate valves, globe valves, check valves, strainers, pneumatic valves, motorized valves, and others. The company supplies Posco Ltd., INP Heavy Ind., Ltd., domestically, and exports to NSC in Japan, the Philippine National Oil company, the Sri Lanka National Water Supply & Drainage Board, Farab Co. in Iran, as well as to other companies in North America, the Middle East, South America.
The company has acquired ISO certification and API 6D, Lloyd's Register Approval.
Established in 1988, Hanyang Valve Ind., Co. is a privately owned sole-proprietorship with registered capital of US$200,000. A further US$800,000 has been invested in business operations, and the company employs a total of 25 workers, including 11 production engineers and three quality assurance staff. Annual revenue is US$2 million, 30 percent of which is accounted for by exports.
